A Winter Choral Concert
Celebrating the artistry of special guest, David Hughey along with our
Lake Avenue Sanctuary Choir.

David Hughey will be performing works from “Porgy and Bess” and “Westside Story” along with a couple of spirituals. Duane Funderburk, Kevin Kumar and Jonathan Thomson will performing a piano trio sonata called “The Seasons” by Astor Piazolla.. A famous composer from Argentina, Piazolla has been known for developing the musical form called “the tango”. The 110-voice Lake Ave Church Sanctuary Choir will also perform several of their favorite works.
